honest stats- will chance back

Please please give me your honest opinion. I wasn't born in America, so I don't have much experience with the college system. Let me know if my list is good, or if I'm just setting myself up for disappointment.
Thanks :)

Essays: Common App essay is about my experience fouding NPO and my visit to the orphanage in 2008 that inspired me to do something
The activity essay is about Model UN and how my involvement has helped me realize what I want to do in life: work as a diplomat for the UN.

ANY comments (however brutal) are welcome. I really don't know what I'm doing because my school has an awful guidance program. SO bad- as in I didnt find out what ED was until October 15- too late for me to write a thoughtful application anywhere.

WILL CHANCE BACK :)

All of the Ivies are reaches for everyone basically, but you might have a chance, especially ones that aren’t the big 3. You’ll get into BC I’m pretty sure. Vanderbilt, you definitely do. Vanderbilt is trying to remove their image as a southern rich white school, so being ethnic actually helps in their situation. The rest, I really don’t know.

Penn: target/reach
Yale: reach
Brown: reach
Dartmouth: target/reach
Princeton: reach
Duke: target/reach
JHU: target/reach
Vanderbilt: target/safety
Georgetown: target/reach
BC: target
Hamilton: target

Chance me back please

http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1053560-would-anyone-mind-chancing-me-these-schools.html</a></p>

Very impressive stats. I think you can definetely get into Brown, Vanderbilt, Georgetown, and BC. Princeton and Yale are reaches for everyone. But you do have a huge chance… good luck

Yale, Princeton: Reach
Penn, Brown, Dartmouth: Low reach/reach
Duke, Vandy, Georgetown: Low Reach
Rest: Match

Your class rank is really good but your GPA isn’t, so it’s hard to say. Some of your SAT II’s are weak, too. I’d look at percentile charts and decide which to send. Your EC’s are extremely good though, and a lot of schools like those. I’d say you’ll get into 1/3 to 1/2 of those.

http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1049165-these-hooks-could-get-me.html</a></p>

Penn: low reach, definitely apply
Yale: high reach (your GPA is a bit low, and anyways Yale is extremely hard to get into)
Brown: reach, apply
Dartmouth: low reach
Princeton: reach (same as Yale, extremely hard to get into)
Duke: low reach, definitely apply
JHU: match
Vanderbilt: safety
Georgetown: low reach/match
BC: match
Hamilton: match

In no way am I qualified to offer you chances on your admission, but after having read all the decision threads for all the Ivy Leagues from '12-'14, I can offer you somewhat of an accurate prediction simply based off of research and “experience.”

Penn: Reach
Yale: High Reach
Brown: High Reach
Dartmouth: Reach
Princeton: High Reach
Duke: High High Reach (only because you’re international applicant, not because of your stats, trust me, my freshmen year was in North Carolina, and everyone considered UNC and Duke as “safeties”)
JHU: Reach? (Depends on your major)
Vanderbilt: Match
Georgetown: Match
BC: Match
Hamilton: Match

Overall, your stats are quite impressive, except for maybe your GPA. Your high scores in the language exams are helpful in letting colleges know your exemplary linguistic skills (however, keep in mind that the mean score for Language Subject Tests are much much higher than for science or math Subject Tests, 775 for Chinese, 730 for Spanish, and the rest are around that mark…) I would recommend you retake your Math level II subject Test and try to add in one more (such as Biology, Chemistry, or Physics).

On the other note, your NPO extracurricular is very impressive and should definitely help you stand out vs other applicants, the rest of them are quite “cliche”, and I’m not sure on the model UN one…So make sure your essay is very very well penned and you should be able to distinguish yourself against the numerous other highly qualified applicants.

Once again, STAND OUT!!, if you make yourself memorable either through a very unique essay or EC, then your chances at admission are much much higher. Best of luck to you,

Piano.

Brown, Yale and Duke, in my opinion, look for unique students, personality-wise.

Penn: low reach
Yale: reach
Brown: reach:
Dartmouth: target
Princeton: reach
Duke: target/reach
JHU: target/low reach
Vanderbilt: target
Georgetown: target
BC: target
Hamilton : target, definitely

you’re born in Italy but still take SAT II Italian ? I dont think that would do you anything good.

You can chance me back here if you dont mind
