My first SAT in March was a 1720(M:610, CR:570, W:540) and my second one in May was a 1660(M:550, CR: 540, W:570) :(!!!
I don't know what to do anymore, I've studied so much and I have taken myriad practice tests. I know I have one more chance in October and I will study very hard over the summer but I don't know how to change my routine because obviously it hasn't been working. I want at least a 1950 by October! Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!!!!

what have u been doing right now?

Try the ACT. Many people do better on it.

Ive been taking so many practice tests, my vocab doesn't need any work and my math is pretty good too however I cant apply it on this test. I really need suggestions badly b/c October is my last chance and I want to make my self a extensive plan to do a lot better on this freakin test.

give me ur email ill send u my advice im gonna use to study for my first SAT

ok i sent it

Have you read any prep books? Taken any prep classes? Princeton Review is really good, they have private tutors available.

I have probably wasted around $20,000 of my parent's money for tutors and classes. And I have every book from Grubers to Barron's 2400

I'm guessing you have had some bad tutors/classes. What were their credentials and experience? Did you at least do well on the diagnostic tests that you took (if your tutor gave you any)? Were they proctored, or did you just take them at home? Do you think that you suffer from test anxiety?

dude that sucks i really don't know what to say

I probably do and if I do idk if there is something that I can do to help it

Uh it sounds to me like you have a concentration problem. It seems like you have teh skill. Maybe you have trouble sitting through the test? What'd you get on practice tests? Honestly i have no idea what to say. How did you study?

trust me, im kindof in the same boat. i have around 2010 and my parents (and i) want to get at least 2100-2200. every time i took the SAT, my score dropped. my superscored SAT (math + cr) is 1350. i wanted at least a 1400 but it just doesnt happen!

so my advice to you: TRY THE ACT. TRY THE ACT. TRY THE ACT.
seriously. you seem like the kindof kid who tries but can't apply the skills too quickly and easily. that's why ther'es the act. straightforward and no tricks...and best of all no vocab! but if your college doesnt accept act, i kindof see your prob..
