<p>I would also want nothing more than to go to a UC. I have always wanted to go to UCSB, but I did not play the game well in high school. I’m hoping this time will be different. I really don’t know what I will do if I don’t get in, because I really can’t stay another year at my current school. For what my parents and I are forced to pay, it’s not worth it here anymore. But anyway, good luck to everyone. At least we’re not alone in our struggle for better academic opportunity.</p>
<p>I’m really glad to hear that there are people that are on the same boat as me. A lot of the posts you all are posting are making me nod my head in total agreement. I don’t know what I’d do either if I didn’t get into any of the UCs. It’s been my main goal. I know that I have finished what I needed for UCSB but I can’t help but feel that little worry in the back of my mind go off with the "what if"s … But we can only wait
