Honestly, what are my chances of getting into Columbia University?

I'm a hispanic (who wasnt born in the usa but currently has been reciding there for about 12 years) IB student with my sophomore unweighted gpa being a 3.5 or 3.6, I plan for my junior gpa to be a 3.9-4.0 and that plan is coming along pretty well. I'm taking sat courses and I plan to get at least a 2000 on my sats but I am aiming for a 2200. I'm trilingual speaking English, Spanish and French. I have a passion for photography, dance, and medicine and my dream is to be a doctor and study pre med at columbia. I'm class historian, I am photo editor of the yearbook, for my personal project (those who aren't familiar with it it's a project that lasts all year and requires an extensive amount of work, it's completed your sophomore year at IB) I made a fashion photography book for which I had models and everything. Also, i'm in the most advanced level of the dance school where I attend, which is the most prestigious dance school in my area from which Rockettes have been formed. I am also going to be in NHS, I am leader of my science Olympiad team at school, I volunteer at the hospital every Saturday of the week, I'm part of the IB volunteers club at my school and I continuously volunteer at events. Also I am the relay for life team leader of my school, I'm in the med Ed program (a program that teaches you and gives you advice on becoming a doctor), I plan to join HOSA, I'm a tech prep scholar, and I'm going to shadow doctors next summer and since I want to become a cardio thoracic or neurosurgeon, I plan to observe some of those surgeries (I have connections with doctors like this because my dad is in the medical field). So what do you think my chances are?

You have many great extracurriculars but don’t forget to find a focus, a passion. Your GPA is okay but Columbia is very hard to get in to and even some of the best don’t get in. Try to get your GPA around 3.87(UW) by the time you apply. You have a good shot as long as you raise your GPA and have good test scores, etc.
