Honestly worried that Im not going to college?

<p>Im looking at schools like BU, Northeastern, GW</p>

<p>And all my scores are right there in the middle 50%, maybe more in some areas</p>

<p>My Sat is a 2100</p>

<p>Gpa - 3.55
Weighted GPA - 5.2</p>

<p>Class Rank - 16th%, its like 80 out of 470 (very smart school, unfortunately, lol)</p>

<p>But for some reason Im just worried every school is going to reject me. I have these irrational ideas at how schools value people, and I actually have persuaded myself that there is a good shot I will get into NONE of my top choices</p>

<p>Anyone else experience this?</p>

<p>You have stats that are just right for the schools you’ve listed. </p>

<p>Don’t worry that much. Have an open mind, and have fun in senior year.</p>

<p>I think you’re as good as in, well for BU and NEU at least. idk much about GW and their acceptance standards. your un weighted GPA is average but your SAT score is high, so i think you’re good for the schools listed. </p>

<p>as for your fear…all i can say is that I can relate, but as the above poster said dont worry too much, its a normal fear at this time in your life</p>

<p>OP – this looks like a good list of schools, you seem to be taking a realistic view of the process.</p>

<p>Some free advice – If you can find one look for a safety school that has early action. That way, come Mid-December, you’ll have at least one acceptance under your belt. Even if not a top choice, you’ll probably feel better knowing you’re in somewhere.</p>

<p>This being said, I think you’ll get into one or more of the schools you mentioned.</p>
