I looked over the entry requirements but didnt see anything about Chinese. But people tell me that I should probably know a lot of Chinese? Is it true?

And English is one of the official languages of Hong King, since it was colonized by the British empire.
I did a summer research there and the professior I worked with was a Caucasian from New Zealand. I think most professors got their PhD universities in the US. The Chinese ones are mostly from Mainland China so Cantonese may not be their first language and they are probably more comfortable with speaking English anyway.
