<p>I was invited to both QSSS and SHS. I'm still quite undecided of my major. Can I join one program now and if I change my major, quit that program and join the other? Is it possible to join these programs in my sophomore year?</p>
<p>Technically you probably can, but it’d be kind of awkward - those programs are designed to put freshmen in the program together housing-wise so they sort of bond and form a close clique. At least, that’s been my observation.</p>
<p>The benefits of these programs are also most obvious freshman year, and sort of diminish after that when you become just “another student” with a few extra honors courses or seminars.</p>
