Honor Remains Paramount at the Naval Academy

<p>While I do not personally agree with a few of the concepts of the new procedures, it is obvious that USNA remains on the 'right track'.</p>

<p>The body of the new concept will be promulgated in the next week or so.</p>

<p>The Honor Concept has not changed. It still says that midshipmen are persons of integrity…etc.</p>

<p>What has changed a great deal, however, are the procedures that administer the honor concept.</p>
