So I just got news from USC yesterday that I was accepted into the college (not that I wasn't expecting it). But the envelope full of information didn't have anything about Honors College acceptance or rejection. Do they send accpetance/rejection to the Honors College separately from the plain USC-Columbia? Or should I be worried and call them? To tell you the truth, I was surprised to hear anything this early. So maybe I'm just panicking about Honors College. Is there anyone who has applied to Honors College who can set me straight? Thanks.

Don't panic - Honor's College decisions come later. I don't remember when exactly ( I think it was Feb? ) but you can probably find the date somewhere on the admissions website with some digging. Good luck!

Great job on getting in. When did you submit your application? I applied around Nov. 10 IIRC and am anxiously awating word!

The Honors acceptance was separate mail from the college acceptance
.I think it was earlier than Feb b/c by then they had sent the scholarship invitations to the McNair/Carolina weekends and the Honors acceptance mail was prior to that.Expect a deluge of mailings!!
