Hey, I am honors algebra II right now and we just started school this week. Like 2 days ag we took this pop quiz on algebra to see if we remember it. And so I failed it, and I took honors geometry last year and got an A in both semesters. And I think once I see the stuff from algebra 1 again I will remember it. So do you think I should just drop the class and go into regulare or should I stay in honors? And once I stay I cant switch out, so this is my only chance. Thank you very much for all your replies.

No stay in honors. We all need to get back into the flow of things. It's just a continuation of algebra 1 you'll be fine :)

Yeah, definitely stay in honors. I have no doubt you'll do fine. I mean, you took a break from math and now you're back in school. Like celebrian said, give yourself a chance to get back into the flow of things!

Stay in it!!!!

Thanks, Im going to take your advice and stay in it.

Stay in it. I also am in Algebra II Honors, and got a quiz today (school started on Tuesday), I'm not sure how I did, but I know there will be many opportunities to raise the grade up within the six weeks

Yea, if its your first grade. If you get an A on the next test you will have an A in the class.

lol I know how you feel. After taking geometry (basically a year off from algebra), it can be difficult to revive.

Stay in! lol. Freshman year I took Alg 2 Honors. I got a 50 on the first quiz. And I still managed an A- in that class.

Yeah, don't worry. The first few chapters are mainly review of Algebra 1. It'll come back to you in no time. :D
