I originally applied to and was accepted by the College of Letters and Science, and I was invited to apply for the honors program. I decided to switch into the school of engineering, and when my request was granted, the admissions website still wanted me to apply for the honors program. I thought that the honors program was only for the college of letters and science, so I called and asked about it. They said to apply just in case or something like that, but now I can't find the link to apply in the MyUCLA page. Does this mean that I can't apply anymore since I'm engineering? or do engineering students still apply if they want to take honors courses?

You're no longer eligible for College Honors since your request to switch out was granted. Engineering students cannot apply to take Honors courses.

hey pryrtgtrilinh, how did you switch into the school of engineering? are you entering in the class of 2010? i am in the college and am trying to switch into engineering before i get there in fall
