Honors and highest level of recognition?

<p>Hi</p>

<p>If I am a state winner for National History Day and qualified for Nationals, which is in reality international competition because countries such as Korea and China are also participating, would the highest level of recognition for this specific honor be state or international? </p>

<p>Also, would National History Day be going onto honors category, activities category, or both? I am really confused on distinguishing honors and activities...</p>

<p>Honors for me are NMSF, ap scholar distinction…etc. Academic competitions such as Acadec, SKB, and NHD I think should be classified as activities. NHD in itself is a contest/activity and winning district/state and qualifying for nationals is an accomplishment within that activity. </p>
