<p>It only matters if you plan to live in a dorm with Walters or Journalism Honor FIGs. Then you need to be a part of Honor College by March. As for out of state tuition I’m sure you will get Mark Twain scholarship at least as well as some other ( $500 - $1500) scholarships. In our case we don’t pay more as we would pay for any U. of California tuition n+ dorm and food.</p>
