<p>It is difficult getting into the Honors program. The honors admissions people went with a lot of out of state and international students this year. Also 2012 and 2013 have huge numbers of highly qualified applicants and that makes it even more competitive. I see UW honors as putting the money ahead of qualified in-state students. This tax payer is very disappointed!</p>
<p>It’s hard to get in. I got in and am attending this fall, but I have a friend going to an Ivy League that got rejected from Honors. It’s not a shoe-in for anybody.</p>
