<p>should be an easy in. my only reservation is that your gpa is low compared to your sats (definitely high enough to get in, though). Make sure your essays are awesome, and perhaps take time to explain factors that contributed to your gpa. You don't want the admissions people to assume that you are brilliant but lazy. I'm not saying that's the case, it's just that the application is the only view they have of you. Make the most of it and good luck!</p>

<p>easy in for regular admission, not necessarily honors. I wouldn't recommend honors, though, unless you are looking for a truly intensive, possibly less-than-relevant liberal arts curriculum. You may find that the program is the right fit for you, depending on your intended major, but the point is that rigorous study is the norm in nearly all departments. You should have no problem being academically challenged.</p>
