Does anyone have any idea when I will hear back regarding honors college admissions? I applied about a week ago. Thank you!
School is closed probably for the holidays. You may hear back after the new year.
results for the honors college won’t be realeased until march i think. check the stony brook honors college webpage. it will say the important dates there
My D heard via her Crimson email within a week but that was when school was in session. A letter arrived in the mail about a week or two after the email was there.
If you want to email or PM me the student’s name, I can see if it’s in the system from the Housing end. But if you’re waiting to hear back from Honors College before you take other steps, you don’t need to wait. From a Housing standpoint, as long as your Honors status is updated before May when room selection and assignments take place, it doesn’t matter if you’re listed as an Honors student when you complete your housing application.
