Honors College With President's Scholarship?

Hi everyone, I was admitted into the school with the President’s Scholarship. Does this mean I won’t be able to attend the honors college? There was nothing about it in the acceptance package. I’m very sure that I meet all the minimum requirements. Thank you!

I can only tell you that when my D was accepted, her letter included a few lines about also being admitted to the Honors College. She received the Presidential Scholarship but there was also an additional “Honors” scholarship as well.
