<p>its not an "Honors College" as you might find at a state university, but rather an "Honors Program" where you will be in seminars of 12-15 students for 4 hours a week in a class called Western Cultural Traditions, which counts as 6 credits. For your remaining credits, you are just a regular student (hence the name program rather than college). I would recommend taking it, as you can avoid much of the core by taking WCT instead, and WCT is a good class, you get to know the kids in your seminar very well and the professors are very good for the most part. There arent really too many cons except the workload can be intense depending on your professor. For my class we had to write 7 6 page papers first semester and second semester 3 more plus a 15 page research paper, and also there is a LOT of reading. I do think its worth it though.</p>
