Also, do you know the pre-reqs for the Fordham honors program?

When I visited Fordham I was told that they selected their honors group depending on the applicant pool. I am guessing that the top of the pool are invited to attend the program.

Interesting enough, I am thinking about medicine as well, and I can tell you Bard is a great place for pre med students. Bard College students on average have scored in the 95th to 98th percentile on the MCAT. Students do research their first year, first semester! Students also have the opportunity to do research at Rockefeller University in NYC. There are countless more opportunities at Bard that are truly amazing. The classrooms on average, freshman year, have only 15 students, and thereafter they could range from one to ten. I was going to apply to Cornell ED until I visited Bard. They also have a program with Columbia where one does 3 or 4 years at Bard and then one does 2 years at Columbia in Applied Science. You end up graduating with a BA from Bard and BS from Columbia; you could go to any medical school with those credentials.

Wow Dennis, thanks for the advice. Quick question; how close is Bard to NYC?

It took me 1 hr and 40min from NYC.
