<p>What is the criteria for the selection to the 2013 UT Honors Colloquium? PSAT scores ? SAT Scores?</p>
<p>Grades, scores, extra curriculars. Everything that makes you seem like a likely candidate for honors at ut. I went in 2012 and I’m in honors now. However admission into the honors colloquium is in no way guaranteed admission into honors. In fact a lot of people at colloquium won’t make it into honors.</p>
<p>I found out more on this. Getting invited to UT Honors Colloquium has nothing to do with extracurriculars , grades. It depends solely on SAT scores. And here is the catch. When you register for SAT you need to OPT-in to the Student Search Service ( SSS) - default is Opt-out. If you get a good SAT score but didn’t Opt-in to SSS then you are not getting a invite. UT polls collegeboard for students within a SAT range. Of course as deregon1594 said it is no guarantee to get into UT Honors program. Hope this helps someone in the future. </p>
