<p>Did anyone who applied to LSA honors get accepted yet? If so, when did you apply?</p>
<p>My D just got an email today that she was accepted into the honors program 
I’m not sure exactly when she applied but I know she got the application in pretty quickly.</p>

<p>I am very excited!</p>

<p>GPA 3.84 UW 4.5 W
ACT: 34
SATII: 800 Math II 770 Chem</p>

Board of Directors on a small non-profit organization
Vice President of the diversity club
Treasurer of Spanish Honor Society
Secretary of Key club
Captain of 2 swim teams</p>

I can’t remember exactly when I applied, but it was obviously sometime after January 1st.</p>
<p>Basic stats, if you’re interested:
ACT: 32
GPA: 4.0 unweighted
Extracurriculars: 3 leadership positions, lots of other club memberships, more than 80 volunteer hours, etc. etc. etc.</p>
<p>I loved writing my Honors essay; I definitely took a risk with it. I wrote it in a “Choose Your Own Adventure Story” format, and I had a feeling that they would either love it or hate it. Thankfully they didn’t hate it :)</p>
