Honors + Foote Fellow

<p>I thought I remembered reading or hearing something about Dr. Gillis saying at Stamps weekend that Foote Fellows should NOT accept the honors program invitation or something along those lines... is this true?</p>

<p>If not, then what exactly is the honors program? According to the website (Entrance</a> Requirements | University of Miami), it says no action is required after being invited, but then that contradicts what I thought I heard about Dr. Gillis and being a Foote Fellow.</p>

<p>How does being a Foote Fellow and the honors program work together, if at all?</p>

<p>I remember hearing the same thing. I don’t know how it’s going to work, but I remember my parents said something about learning that the honros program is going to be changing, so I really have no idea. I kinda ignored the honors program invitation for that reason…</p>
