I am currently just in Honors Geometry. I have been considering taking Algebra 2 and Pre-Calculus additionally. In H. Geometry, we don't have homework. We do it in class as group work. The same teacher teaches Pre-Calculus also. I try very hard and I believe I can do this. My only concern is will it be possible to do Pre-Calculus and Algebra 2 together? I don't know how much Algebra 2 is needed for Pre-Calc. What do you all think?

No, you cannot take Algebra 2 and Pre-Calculus at the same time. Pre-calc entirely builds on concepts that you learn second semester Algebra 2 and stuff that is assumed common knowledge which you haven’t learned yet. You can however do geometry and algebra 2 at the same time, since they are different types of math. Both build on algebra 1 and different schools have them in different orders anyways.

No.
