<p>Hello, does anyone know if a non-honors student could live in a honors dorm? For example Bradly?</p>
<p>If not does anyone know if I could change from Scholars to Honors? I have recently been accepted into the Scholars Program. Thank you in advance :)</p>

<li>You must be admitted to Honors, you can not just switch to it.</li>
<li>From the OSU website:
As a Scholars student you will be required to live in the Scholars residence hall with the Scholars students in your particular program during your first year unless you are a commuting Central Ohio resident. Please note that Scholars students will be unable to preference a roommate outside of their particular Scholars program. </li>

<p>I just have one concern about the Scholar Halls: I am Out of State and not one of then have academic year housing (housing that will be open during the breaks) Is there a way that I could live in a scholar dorm and possibly stay on campus during the break although it’s doesn’t have academic year housing?</p>

<p>Jay2631 Ask any questions, I am happy to answer if I can. My understanding is that there is temporary housing available for students in dorms closed over the breaks. The following information is from the current Parent and Family Relations Website:</p>
<p>Those students staying in an academic-year building are able to remain during the break. Academic year halls are:</p>
<p>North - Drackett Tower, Neilwood Gables, Jones Tower, Lane Avenue Residence Hall
South - Bradley Hall, German House, Morrison Tower, Neil Avenue, Paterson Hall, Pennsylvania Place, Siebert Hall, Worthington Building
West – Morrill Tower</p>
<p>If your student is in a residence hall other than one of those listed above and needs to stay beyond December 18 or return prior to January 11, a limited number of temporary spaces are available. To make arrangements for temporary housing, students should contact the Housing Office at <a href=“mailto:housing@osu.edu”>housing@osu.edu</a> or 614-292-8266. The cost for temporary housing is $25 per night.</p>
