Honors Housing for Upperclassmen?

When we visited the Northeastern this past weekend, they said that all honors freshman will live in IV. I was just wondering where the upperclassmen honors housing is located.

At work, my friends were telling me about housing horror stories at other colleges. Some colleges "draw" you in with amazing freshmen housing and it goes downhill from there. I know when I went to school it was the opposite. Freshman housing was the worst and you looked forward to better housing in the future.

The IV did seem really nice.

Thanks!

upperclassman honors are placed in West Village dorms. They are really nice and they are apartment styled.

West Village F is the second newest residence to IV, I believe. And it has kitchens, which we’re all looking forward to :)

WVF used to be freshman honors until IV was built, so now it’s upperclass honors. I think you can go on a virtual tour of it on the NU website.

I’ve lived in the upperclass honors housing my sophomore and middler year and WVF is probably still the nicest building on campus. IV is new, yeah, but WVF is suite style with kitchen (oven/stove/fridge/dishwasher/garbage disposal), big living room, big bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Really really nice buildings. And WVF is pretty easy to get into as a sophomore because many upperclass honors students want to live with non honors students and since WVF is honors only, if you find a group of honors students to live with (or just go into the lotto by yourself), you’re almost guaranteed a spot in WVF.
