Honors math upper level courses

For someone who has taken the 295-396 intro sequence, what courses would you take your junior and senior years to finish out the honors math concentration? What courses are typically taken following this sequence? Any input would be appreciated, especially from umich math majors. Thanks!

512 and 513 usually follow. But you could take anything. By junior year you should know about your interests within math, and should be prepared for any of the courses.

i think you may be getting a bit ahead of yourself, mkevin. i agree with vladenschlutte, though – after finishing 396, you should have an idea as to what you’re interested in.

I thought the prerequisite for 512 was only 296?

^^ you don’t even necessarily need 296. most prereqs in the math dept are not enforced, or there are ways to get around them like talking to the instructor.
