Honors on Common App

Education> Honors has space to list up to five of your academic honors. Awards from your extracurriculars should be mentioned in Activities.

If awards from competitions and other extracurricular activities don’t count as honors, then what is meant by “academic honors”. I might be thinking I don’t have these things in my country.</p>
