Honors Program

Does anyone know anyone in the Honors Program? Do they like it?..

i want to know this too. also i want to know if the party situation is any different between people involved in honors vs. not

I have one friend in the honors program. Basically, you just take one or two different courses. It might be harder and involve more time but its up to each individual.

Partying will not effect your honors program, its all about your time management.

My acceptance brochure says there are advantages like smaller class size, personal academic advisor, private study areas, honors dorm if you want, social activities, etc.

you will have to take certain classes for honor students only. those will be smaller but the rest of your other classes will be normal sized.

personal academic adviser and study areas are really helpful. the university is big and sometimes its hard to find a good place to study (library is packed at times) and some of the academic advisers are stupid and tell you the wrong info.

i would suggest living in regular dorms. no one will know your in honors except for those in your honor classes. your social life would not suck and is not like high school where people think you are a nerd.
