<p>Are there any requirements to get into the honors program? Because I didn't do so well in high school and I don't want that to affect my future.</p>
<p>Each honors program at each college is a little different and have different requirements. However every CCCs honors program should have two routes to eligibility: 1) through high school GPA and eligibility for the first transferable English course. or 2) have a certain GPA (depending on the school) after 12 units and eligibility for the first transferable English course.</p>
<p>In my local CCC you need to have a minimum 3.0 GPA, a letter of recommendation, and English 1 passed or eligible to take the course.</p>
<p>Thanks for the info. I was just looking at my CC's requirements and I'm going to take the 2nd route.</p>
