<p>I was admitted to CAS, and just through looking in threads around here I've seen mentioned a few times that acceptance to the honors program is sent separately after the admission packet.</p>

<p>Does anyone know what the deal is (i.e., they have received something regarding the honors program), or have any information that can help me? I know the program exists, but can't find any information on how/when students are notified on the website. </p>

<p>I received a letter from the Honors program some time ago, asking me to reply by May 1 on whether or not I wanted to join. I believe it's ~5% of admitted students who are invited their freshman year. Many other students can apply or can be invited by the admin. for their sophomore year. Hope that helps!</p>
