<p>How does one apply to be in the Honors Program? Is there a special application? I'm a senior in high school and I was looking at some but have no clue on what to do. Let me know. Also, what are the best honors programs in public universities?</p>
<p>Some schools have separate applications, others automatically consider every applicant to the school for the honors college. You'd have check each website or contact each school to figure out which schools are which.</p>
