For those already accepted in Honors--could you please post your stats? It would be helpful to those of us still waiting and wondering if we should give up hope.

everyone else who got it auto was pretty hot stuffz. If you have a low GPA then I think you may be in luck...there were like 4 or 5 other kids from my school got it (I'd post them too but I'm not too sure of all their stats) and I think only the second person I posted had a GPA over last year's honors average. I guess they aren't focusing on GPA as much this year? not sure. Well, so hopefully if you have a combo of decent SAT's+hard schedule you can get away with a not so high GPA.

Thanks ccmbr. Your stats are pretty intimidating--but your friends give me a bit of hope. My SATs are much better than # 3, although I don't have quite that GPA. I wonder if ECs will help much?

Anyway I'll just have to wait and see.

Hmm...yah... oh yeah btw there was one guy from my school who got in without taking ANY AP's junior year. Idk what your schedule is like, but if you did that last year too, don't fret, there's hope. =) Anyways good luck with gettin in!
