Honors Student Rejected by UCLA

<p>I am a CC Honors student, English major, who was just rejected by UCLA. For an honors student, my stats were relatively low with only a 3.3 GPA, the bare minimum needed for honors certification. Still, I was admitted in 2007 with the same stats, but my admission was revoked due to not being able to complete my Honors curriculum by the end of Spring 2007.</p>

<p>After 2 years, I decided that I still really want to go to UCLA. So, I decided to complete the 1 credit missing from my Honors curriculum to get re-certified so I could go. I was sure that doing this successfully would get me in, but unfortunately, I was sadly proven wrong.</p>

<p>I know that being part of Honors isn't always a 100% guarantee of admission, but still, I'm very upset and would like to appeal. Any advice/comments are appreciated. Thanks!</p>
