oh no, indeed! :( I am an international and I have the same message on my checklist thing.

I strongly agree with what Shinnen said in post #13 (we probably all got waitlisted already). It would be interesting to find out what we have in common. I think my waitlist decision is due primarily to lack of demonstrated interest (not that my stats would be stellar). What do you guys think?

This just ruined my day and my weekend...:(

themagster, I think you have really decent (if not better) stats. I mean you received an invite to Sunday at the Park from NYU. Plus you did show a lot of interest, which I understand means a lot especially for Washington University.

My d got a waitlist screen too. My guess is the letter with the somewhat unfortunate will be in the mail today or tomorrow. Cheer up - I hear WUSL accepts a lot of people on the wait list. Several top students in my d's school applied to WU but have already decided on other colleges as first choice.

I once sent an email to admissions@wustl.edu, and they have not replied to my email to date!! I guess someone should call the toll free number!

And that's weird that WUSTL didn't reply to your email, as I've gotten a response to all my emails to the admissions@wustl.edu address within a day.

well...... the emails sent to admissions@wustl.edu are forwarded to officers and processor based on location and other factors.. .. so well.. the probaility is high that the application officer who got your email never wanted to reply on it.. and pretty possible..

It aint a one to one direct person addresss.
and someone. really call .. from US . now and post in whats up.. emails wud be replied at best on monday coz today is friday..

Because 4 of us(me, ronty, SM, and maxy) are internationals, which means a phone call would be very expensicve since they keep u on hold for a long time!!

yes and moreso .. coz its not always directly convenient to call in frm here ... and when u got huhndreds sitting in US who can sure call.. it wud be much better if they do.. and well. i wud still recommend waiting and observing..
coz well there still is no notification... and the waitlist page doesnt notify us of our waitlist status or anything

also i have yet to hear otherwise frm anyone besides waitlist for an acceptance or rejection.. so well nothing to be said as of now..

Man... I hav ethe same Waitlist thing on mine as well.
What an awful way to start Spring Break..
I still hope it's a glitch but I sort of doubt it.

I called the Admissions Office this morning but they weren't open yet.
