I'm going to be a senior next year and wonder if i have any chance of even waitlisted or accepted into TCNJ, NYU, UC-Berkeley and Rutgers NB.
I'm from a low income family, going to be first-gen college bound student, Chinese and idk if that helps or not.
I'm going to retake the SATs this fall but currently have an 1830: CR 610 Math 630 Writing 590
My recent estimated GPA was a 3.74/4.0 with currently 40+ hrs of volunteer service, and future AP courses: bio, eng and psych. I work at a restaurant but i dont think my school knows it.
my ECs includes Key club(9), asian club(10), orchestra(10,11), NHS(11), Erase club(11), spring track(10), interact club(11), teen center tutoring (11/does that count?), NAHS(10,11)
I'm also doing a pre-college science summer program this summer.
I know it's not a lot of ECs but hopefully my volunteer hours beef it up. Which colleges have the best English and science programs? I'm planning to major in both.
