Hope for Transfer

<p>I'm hoping to apply for a Sophomore transfer from WUSTL, and I was wondering if I have much of a chance for: UPenn, Cornell, Dartmouth, CMU, U.Pittsburgh</p>

<p>HS GPA: 3.7-3.8ish UW, 4.15W
SAT1: 790 Math, 690 CR, 700 Writing
SAT2: 800 Chem, 790 Math2, 740 Math1
AP's: 5 Chemistry, 5 Calc BC, 5 Statistics
College:WUSTL
College GPA: 3.8-3.9 after semester
EC's: Work full time in cancer lab over summer, 10-15 hours/week during midyear; Varsity Football at WUSTL and will try out for team wherever I end up; Active in Fellowship of Christian Athletes
Prospective Major: Chemistry</p>

<p>I'm hoping to apply as a sophomore transfer, but do I have much of a chance at these top-tier schools? Should I try to wait another year and try to apply as a junior transfer?</p>

<p>If you want to transfer, do it now. It's harder to meet graduation requirements as a junior transfer. Your stats are very good. What don't you like about WUSTL?</p>

<p>I think you'll be safe at pitt.
3.8-3.9 coming out of WUSTL is pretty good, so CMU seems doable.
Ivies... I'm not even gonna say because some people say they're random while some say it's predictable, so i rather not say anything.</p>
