<p>has anyone heard from horatio alger regarding their scholarships? the website says winners will be notified personally, while everyone else may view the winners online in january. seeing as january is right around the corner, i would think the winners would be notified soon? or maybe the winners already have been notified? </p>

<p>OMG, i just went on the website and it says I won! It doesn't specify whether I'm a state or national scholar and their office isn't open to confirm... but either way, I'm so excited! Best of luck to everyone else who entered!</p>

<p>The 2009 list shows only the national recipients. If you are a state winner, there will be a green bar that says "Accept Your Scholarship" on the side panel.</p>
