<p>Well. It seems like Who's Who is a very popular award and it asks students to pay to get the book, so I did not think it was such a big award. But after some research, I found out that Horatio Alger is a big honor. I am a finalist and I was notified by email. I believe the deadline has passed but you can <a href="http://www.horatioalger.com%5B/url%5D">www.horatioalger.com</a> to be sure.</p>
