Hi. Yesterday i went to the college fairs and found some colleges that I had never thought of going. I found Les Roches and Le Cordon Bleu and talked to the representatives and now I am interetesed. I have been wanting to pursue in the field of hospitality but I was not sure. Now I think that I really want to do it. Does anyone have advice of the colleges that offer good programs ? I really want to go to either Les Roces or Le Cordon Bleu (since that's the only 2 colleges I know about so far) but they are pretty expensive in terms of tuition and the stay that would cost out of states. Is it possible to just go to a community college for a year and maybe work and save money and maybe take some hospitality classes to see if I like it and then apply ?
Please I NEED ADVICE !! LOTS OF THEM !!!
THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!!!!!!

Cornell is well known in the field:

Indiana University of PA has a culinary school, I think it's cheaper than the two you are mentioning.

Also, James Madison University in va has a hospitality major

Do you think maybe I can study here and then transfer later on. I live in California, is there any good hospitality programs here ?
