On Assist.org it says:
Completion of transfer course must include receiving any Food Manager-level
certification that is acceptable as a manager-level certification by the Los
Angeles County Department of Environmental Health.
Does this mean I have to take the classes to get the cert before transferring to Pomona? My school doesn’t seem to offer them.
