thank you :)

There are many speciality culinary schools that offer a degree in hospitality management. For example, there are the Culinary Institute of America, the Cooking And Hospitality Institute Of Chicago, and the French Culinary Institute just to name a few of the top culinary schools. These culinary schools are vocational though so you don't really get the broader education you would get at a normal 4 year university. I also think that in order to get into any of the top culinary schools you need have already had some fairly impressive cooking experience.

There are some universities that offer hospitality and hotel management degrees though. Boston University, Cornell University, Michigan State University, and Pennsylvania State University are some of the more notable ones.

Often times unviversities offer concentrations in hospitality management if a student is majoring in a broader topic like food science or human nutrition. So your sister should probably think of the possible universities she wants to go to and then look to see if they offer degrees or concentrations in hospitality/hotel management.

ohhh thank you so much!!

anyone else?
