<p>Has anyone from California recieved a notification from ILR this early?</p>

<p>I am applying to ILR this year…finalizing my Supplement essay for Cornell. Very nervous…hope I can get in :(. I am international student as well! </p>

<p>what do the packages look like, is it a simple letter envelope or one of the larger ones?
also do you guys think they would have sent out rejection letters in the first batch? im just really nervous</p>

<p>Most of those who received the letter says the package is a big white envelope.
