<p>i'm getting nervous as i get an off campus interview with a alum....what should I do to prepare......what is difference being interviewed by a hotel alum or just a college alumi............how to find out that the alumi going to interview you is a hotel graduate? It is embarrassed to ask directly, right?</p>
<p>the off campus interviewer for your hotel interview WILL be from the hotel school. You can ask when you introduce each other/start your discussion "so you graduated from the hotel school?" to confirm it, and it might ease the way into the conversation, make you appear confident and assertive, and break the ice, too.</p>

<p>Is it better to have a young interviewer or old? Young, i meant graduated within 8 years, and beyond that is old? Similar for sex and work....Why????</p>
<p>I don't think any of that matters unless you get some sexist of the opposite sex...</p>
