<p>dude…talking on CC helps sooo soo much IMO. I think all of my friends at school are sick and tired of apps and the college process, and I feel that talking to them about it wouldn’t be too good of an idea. I find myself slipping up once in a while though… bleh</p>

<p>i was on CC mode was talking to a group of my friends about interviews and stuff, and they all just shot me this “***” stare.</p>
<p>yeah…I can recall times like that as well…yay for CC!</p>
<p>i love CC but my friends have found out that i use a “college discussion messageboard” and they look at me like im INSANE. saying: (my name), you WOULD do that. </p>

<p>its kind of annoying haha. your friends don’t really talk to you cause they don’t have the time. but us all we do is like do our hw and activities lol. but they have their essays, applications for both financial aid and admissions lol. thank god i finished all mine 2 months ago.</p>

<p>however, a lot of the essays I wrote for UCs, USC, and Cornell can answer other school prompts as well</p>
<p>same here! i just used the hotel supplement essay and tweaked it a bit to fit the uc prompt =D</p>
<p>i wrote one main essay for the common app, then took out one paragraph for usc and the UCs. </p>
<p>then just exanded/tweaked/shrank the “activities” essay for all the supplmental.s</p>
<p>then used the same hotel supplemental for cornell and boston university, just changed some cornell/bu specifics. hahaha</p>
<p>basically, i recycled everything 500 times throughout the process. HAHA. probaby not a good thing -__-</p>

<p>yousonofatree.. were you at Cornell in like October I want to say. It was during parents weekend. You didn’t interview but just went to see the campus. You went to the information meeting and tour. There was one more kid in there from California. Please tell its you! Because I am that other kid! haha</p>

<p>MDG23- nah, sorry man. I’ve only been in Ithaca during the summer months…don’t worry though! You won’t be the only Californian FOR SURE. I think me and 2 other people on this thread are from California and are applying ED to the Hotel school as well actually</p>
