<p>If you're intersted in general management or human resources, how many cooking classes would you have to take.. or in other words how many cooking classes are mandatory in hotel school?</p>

<p>Just HA 2236 if you're the class of 2011 and after. But those before also take 3305. :( </p>
<p>If you're particularly keen on general mgt and HR, wouldn't ILR suit your needs more? That's their field of expertise!</p>
<p>isn't 3305 Restaurant Management? I thought it was more of an operations course more than it was a culinary course?</p>
