Hotel Underage?

I need to stay in a hotel alone for one night, I'm 17, but I can't figure out a way of doing it. All need to have an adult sign for you, I have a credit card so I could book it and get all the way to the registration desk but showing my ID would be a problem. Have any of you done this or have any advice?

Bring a parent or find a friend who is 18 to go with you.

Duh, fake ID :}

Don't you have an 18 year old friend? Why not ask him/her? By the way, why do you need to spend one night alone in a Hotel? Will you be alone, or...well, nevermind, you get what I am saying. ;)

having sex?

^ Yes. That is what I was insinuating, but you just had to come and rip out its implied meaning. Thanks a lot. :(

Go to a sleazy motel. They don't ID. =X

The last three posters, grow up!

As for the OP, Hotels do not look at your age. At least not the ones I've been to and those are The Sheraton, Embassy Suites, Marriot etc. They shouldn't take your age into consideration unless you look ridiculously young.

If they do check for your age, just go to another hotel/motel.

House of London, have some fun!

Surely you have an 18-year-old friend to drag along as you check in?

House of London, we were kidding. Chill out :).
