Hours of Sleep

sleep? what's that...

6-7 hours on weekdays, 10 on weekends. I take a nap in the afternoon though, so i'm not usually tired.

I get about an x_bar of 7.5 hours with a std dev of 40 minutes. LOL AP STAT Folk

my drivers ed teacher was telling us that he gets up at 5 every morning to go walking and that we should do the same because he's convinced that all of us are "lazy". its like...dude...there are times when i've gone to bed at 5 a.m.!

i sleep from 4-6..6 if I'm lucky. And I don't even have to stay awake, I'm just an internet addict.

7's pretty good for nights before weekdays while I'm normally at about 6.

On weekends I tend to get about 10 if I don't need to wake up at a regular time to do something.

Why do you want to know?

I usually get between 7 and 8

I get about 4-6 hours a sleep a night and I don't think it's something I can brag about or anything. After school, I have clubs, then sports, then a language I'm taking through the CC for three hours, and sometimes work, so I get home around 9-10:30 and then I eat and shower and all that good stuff before I start on about 4 hours of hw. I also have to get up a little earlier because my school's a 30-40 minute walk. I am definitely going to have to manage time better next year.
Sorry to bore you w/ all the details, but I was just trying to show why I get so little sleep.

4-6 hours is more than most people get on here. I honestly don't know how these people survive lol.

Well I'm a freshman. I really should be getting more if this is supposed to be the easiest year.

Over the next month or so, it's going to be 0 to 4.

I disagree with people who think fresh is the easiest year. My sophomore year has been MUCH easier (cept for the APs)

I get around 6/7 hrs on weekdays and weeknights. When I have any intense test (APs/regular tests/exams) that varies...I usually get 4-5 hours of straight sleep. Then I'll do this weird thing where I'll wake up in the early morning (3-4am) and study for a few hours...then sleep...then study some more...then sleep. It's like taking a bunch of little power naps, so I'm actually not exhausted when it comes time to take the test. Oh yeahh...and coffee helps me too. XD

8 hours on weekdays on good days around 6 on bad days.. least was around 4.. never pulled school all nighter (have pulled fun ones though). ALOT more on weekends

I usually try to get like 7 hours of sleep, but thats not always possible. If I don't sleep I get really moody and I'm not at all fun to be around lol. On bad days I usually get 3 or 4 hours of sleep, but on weekends I sleep atleast 8 hours

Usually it's 7-8 hours. If I'm lucky, and extremely tired, and fall asleep easily, I might put in another hour. If it's a bad night, where I'm staying up because I can't sleep or extra homework, then it's usually 4-6 hours. During cross country season, it's 4-6 hours.

On weekends I'll get usually 9 hours a night.

How people function at 3-5 hours a night, I don't know. Teach me.

Gracie, you have to give up your soul to the procrastination gods to get the will to put off homework until 1 AM (ignoring your crazed brain yelling that you will fail a class).. and then actually do that homework from 1-3 instead of sleeping.

I usually get about 5 hours of sleep, I usually go to sleep around 1-2 and get up around 6:30. I go to sleep that late not because I'm insanely busy or anything (I haven't done homework since...9th grade? And I'm a senior now) -- I either get home late because I was hanging out with friends or I watch movies 'til I fall asleep on the couch.

I just feel like I waste a lot of time sleeping. eh, I should probably have more regard for my body.

Well it really depends. At some times of the year, I'll get 4-6 and others I'll get 7-9. Right now, I'm averaging about 5-7, but hopefully that will increase soon.
