House value CSS profile

<p>The price suggested by a calculator (fed housing financial agency) seems very high -definitely not a price we'd get for our house if we tried to sell it now. There are no houses that have sold recenty in our neighborhood so I'm not sure how to value it for the CSS profile. Any suggestions?</p>
