Housing Advice?

Hi! I'm an admitted student and I am HIGHLY considering Clemson. I love everything about it.
I'm really confused about what I want for housing. I don't know anything about Clemson housing, but I know what I do want in a dorm.
I really want to live in a co-ed dorm (I'm a female), preferably an all-girls floor but I would be okay with a co-ed floor.
I want a dorm that has space, has a lot of fun people (I wouldn't mind a "party" dorm! I want an active dorm.), I want it to be all/majority freshmen, and I want to really get the freshman dorm experience.
I wanna be close to campus/activities, close to food, close to activities, etc.
Any suggestions?

I would definitely live in the High Rises (Byrnes/Manning/Lever) - many of the incoming freshman live there. It’s a little farther from some of the stuff on campus such as Fike Recreation Center, or the athletic venues but it seems like that’s what you’re looking for (definitely will get the freshman dorm experience haha)

Is it true that Byrnes has it’s own gym? If not, are there any other gyms on campus besides fike?

Yes they have a tiny gym area - Clemson House and Lightsey Bridge also have exercise facilities within the housing area.

Once you set foot in Fike you wont work out anywhere else.
