After submitting the payment online, do forms have to be physically mailed?

From what I can tell from the postcard I got in the mail, the answer to your question appears to be no.

Q: What happens if I send in my acceptance deposit of $250 by the May 1st deadline, but wait until say the 20th to send in my Housing deposit? Will I lose a chance at housing or suffer other negative consequences? I plan on doing the Freshman experience.

Q: Does the $250 acceptance deposit count toward real expenses or is it some kind of made up expense that I will not see any tangible benefit from (kind of like the initiation fee to a health club) ?

Thanks

I think the 250 will be credited to your "buzzcard" once school starts.
actually, i'm sure you get the money back, but not sure how. i read it somewhere, cant remember where at the moment.

ChessDad - deposit immediatly FE is limited and will fill soon if it already hasn't. Also, housing choices are first come first serve. deposit credited to required fees.
